SMS Terms of Service

AFE Capital Connect is operated by AFE International LLC and provides businesses with access to an online application platform. By opting in through a form on this website — the inquiry form, the chat assistant’s callback form, or the online application — you agree to receive SMS text messages from AFE Capital Connect about the inquiry or application you started. Opting in is optional, is separate from accepting the Terms of Use, and is not required to submit an inquiry or application. You can withdraw consent at any time using the instructions below.

Messages sent by AFE Capital Connect are transactional and related to an inquiry or application initiated by the recipient.

Messages may include:

• A requested link to an online application
• Inquiry or application confirmations
• Responses to questions from the recipient
• Requests for information or documents
• Application-related status updates
• Scheduling or callback coordination

We do not use this consent to send promotional or marketing text messages. If you receive a promotional text claiming to be from AFE Capital Connect, it did not come from us.

• “AFE Capital Connect: We received your inquiry. If you have questions, reply to this message or contact us using the information on our website.”
• “AFE Capital Connect: We need additional information regarding your application. Please contact our team for assistance. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.”

Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive depends on your inquiry or application — for example, whether you requested an application link, asked a question, or we need information or a document from you.

Message and data rates may apply. Those charges come from your mobile carrier under your own plan, not from AFE Capital Connect. Check with your carrier if you are unsure what your plan includes.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will send no further text messages to that number unless you opt in again.

Opting out of text messages does not withdraw an application you have already submitted, and does not stop us from contacting you by phone or email about an inquiry you started.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier’s network and your device, and we cannot guarantee that any individual message is delivered.

Text messaging is available to recipients with United States mobile numbers on carriers that support A2P messaging. You must be the subscriber of, or authorized to use, the mobile number you provide, and you must be at least 18 years old to opt in.

SMS consent is not shared with third parties. Your mobile number, the fact that you opted in, and the record of that consent are used only to send you the messages described above and to document your consent. See the Privacy Policy — specifically the “Text messaging (SMS)” section — for the full detail on what we collect, how we use it, and who it is and is not shared with.

We may update these SMS Terms of Service. Material changes to the program will be reflected on this page with a revised “last updated” date, and where the change affects what you consented to, we will ask you to opt in again.
