AFE Capital Connect is operated by AFE International LLC and provides businesses with access to an online application platform. Businesses may submit an inquiry and request an application link, complete the online application, and communicate with AFE Capital Connect about it.

Submission of an inquiry does not guarantee eligibility, approval, or any particular outcome. Submitting the online application likewise does not guarantee eligibility, approval, any specific amount, terms, or timeline. Any time frame described on the Site (for example, a typical response time) describes typical experience, not a promise about your individual inquiry or application.

If you are presented with any commercial financing terms, review the amount, pricing, payment structure and frequency, any fees, and the total cost in writing before accepting. Some financing products, such as a merchant cash advance, are structured as a sale of future receivables rather than a loan, and may be priced with a factor rate rather than an interest rate or APR — the two are not directly comparable. Some states require a standardized commercial financing disclosure to accompany a specific financing offer. AFE Capital Connect does not make financing offers.

The application asks you to separately confirm your agreement to AFE Capital Connect’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, your authorization for AFE Capital Connect to use your information to process your inquiry and application, and your consent to be contacted about your inquiry by phone or email.

Consent to receive text messages is a separate, optional choice that is never pre-selected and is not required to submit an inquiry or application. Text messages are transactional and relate only to the inquiry or application you started — for example, a requested application link, confirmations, questions, document requests, status updates, and scheduling.
